Client will be billed for shipping. This will be billed to a credit card before shipping. A copy of the paid invoice will be sent to client email.
The 30-Day Test Drive will begin once client has installed the remote monitor OR 7 days after receipt of the remote monitor, whichever is first.
Within 3 days of the completion of the 30-Day Test Drive client will notify iWell to indicate whether client will return the remote monitor or sign up to keep the remote monitor.
If iWell is not notified within 3 days post completion of the 30-Day Test Drive client will be billed the month-to-month rate until the remote monitor is returned.
If client chooses to return the remote monitor, shipping charges are paid by client and the remote monitor must be returned with in 10 days of notifying iWell of client's intent to return or client will be billed the month-to-month rate until remote monitor is returned.
A credit card will be kept on file for shipping charges, non wear and tear damage to the remote monitor, missing parts not returned (i.e. reducer, antenna, product box, etc) and/or month-to-month charges (after the 30-Day Test Drive).
